Homeless Prevention Worker

NJC 12-17

£22,571 - £24,920 per annum (pro rata)

20 hours (Part time) 






We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate person to join our team as a Homeless Prevention Worker.


We’re a provider of housing-related support services and the post a range of duties, including direct intensive reconnection work and support for young people at risk of becoming homeless and their families.


What's essential is that you love what you do. We want you to enjoy coming to work every day and to care about your job, your colleagues and our service users.


What you need:


  • Experience of working with clients to achieve their goals
  • The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners
  • Have enthusiasm to achieve aims and objectives
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to transport
