Are you passionate about empowering young people to live independently?

 

As Housing Management Assistant at Young People’s Pathway (YPP) you’ll be helping us provide quality, safe and comfortable housing for our clients.

 

The YPP provides a multi-agency service across the County, to young people aged 16-25 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, through supported housing in hostel and community accommodation.

 

You’ll carry out all aspects of property management, including carrying out health and safety checks, arranging repairs and domestic cleaning.

We want to hear from you if you:

 

  • Have an understanding of the issues faced by people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness
  • Are empathic, understanding and have a sense of humour
  • Have great organisational skills
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car for work purposes
