We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting people. Our

+Choices service works with perpetrators of domestic abuse through an evidence- based programme, designed to address abusive behaviour.

We are the only service of its kind in North Yorkshire, and you could be a part of it.

The purpose of the programme is to intervene with perpetrators as early as possible, increasing awareness of their behaviour, supporting behavioural change and increasing accountability, with the safety and wellbeing of victims and children at the heart.

Do you have experience of working with a case load of individuals towards behavioural change? Have you worked with offenders or perpetrators of domestic abuse? Do you want to be part of something unique in North Yorkshire, and at the leading edge of domestic abuse work? Then this is the role for you.

This role requires travel and so you must have access to a car for work purposes and hold a full current UK driving licence. Hybrid working arrangements are on offer for this role, meaning a mix of office and home working will be considered for the successful applicant.

The role is subject to Enhanced DBS and Police Vetting.

What is essential is that you love what you do. We want you to enjoy coming to work every day and to care about your job, your colleagues and our clients.

If you think you can do a remarkable job for us, then we'd love to hear from you. Please download the Role Profile for more information

You will be joining Foundation whose core values are: People, Integrity, Collaboration and Passion.

We aim for our workforce to reflect the diverse and exciting region we serve.
