We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual with leadership and management experience to join us as a Team Leader.

This is an exciting role managing two teams across our Young People’s Pathway (YPP) and Resettlement and Community Safety Service (RACS).The YPP provides a multi-agency service across the County, to young people aged 16-25 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, through supported housing in hostel and community accommodation.

RACS is a County wide service that provides housing and support services for high and medium level risk offenders, supervised by The National Probation Service or local Community Rehabilitation Company.

The successful applicant will be office based in Harrogate with a requirement for travel to Craven and Selby. This role requires travel and so you must have access to a car for work purposes and hold a full current UK driving licence. Hybrid working arrangements are on offer, meaning a mix of office and home working will be considered for the successful applicant.
