This new post is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, self-motivated who is also able to manage and lead services that make a difference to the lives of others.
The post holder, who will join us at a challenging (but exciting) time as we mark 25 years will be responsible for the management and development of the Forum’s core offer/services including service delivery lead for the Reaching Out Community Befriending Service, ensuring outputs and targets are achieved and being able to evidence the impact and difference our services have had on those we work with. In addition, they will also provide high quality management for our Volunteering Programme, including the recruitment, induction, ongoing support, and supervision of volunteers.
We are looking for someone who can ‘hit the ground running’, who is an effective communicator, and someone who relishes and is able to manage a demanding but rewarding workload in a small and busy Charity.
