ARE YOU: a property professional with some experience of new-build, refurbishment and/or acquisition of residential accommodation and a thorough, project-management approach to your work?

Framework is looking for a new Development Officer to work in the busy team that has overall responsibility for its owned, leased and managed supported housing for vulnerable people. 

The job involves identifying and evaluating properties and sites, recommending these to managers, and undertaking the full range of negotiations as well as preparing and agreeing schedules of essential works with landlords, and co-ordinating their completion.  You may also be expected to act as the client representative on multi-disciplinary development teams.

As the successful candidate, you will need to have an eye for detail and a meticulous approach to record keeping to ensure we can always evidence grant claims, issue lease termination notices without incurring penalties, and submit accurate and successful planning applications.

You may hold, or be working towards a relevant qualification (eg CIH or RICS), and be able to demonstrate relevant experience.

This post is currently subject to job evaluation, which may lead to a change in the quoted salary and grade.
