Job description


We are looking for a dedicated Duty Worker who is passionate about supporting young people to achieve the best outcomes and be equipped for a life of independence. 

Experience of working with young people is desirable but the ability to build rapport and encourage young people to make informed, good decisions is essential, along with the ability to liaise with Social Workers and Leaving Care Workers in a demanding environment.   

A driving licence and use of a car is essential.

(12-hour shifts, 4 on and 4 off, between 8 am and 12 midnight)
