Job description

FLOATING SUPPORT PLANNER, HOMELESSNESS PREVENTION SERVICE, NOTTINGHAM PLUS SOME HOMEWORKING, PERMANENT, 37 HPW, FRWK06 £19,334 - £21,415 FTE

An exciting opportunity has arisen to support Nottingham citizens at risk of homelessness. 

This varied and dynamic role requires a flexible individual with professionalism, tenacity, a person-centred approach and attention to detail at the heart of everything they do. 

A good understanding of the needs of people who are at risk of homelessness or vulnerably housed, as well as the Homeless Reduction Act would be beneficial.

The successful applicant will play a vital role in combatting homelessness and meeting this important objective for the organisation.

Closing date is 15th June 2021 with interviews booked for 24th June 2021.
