Framework is a registered charity delivering housing, support, health and employment services to people with a diverse range of needs. We assist rough sleepers and those who need help to keep their home. We support excluded youngsters as they make their way into adulthood and those starting or returning to work.  We provide access to treatment for people with mental health issues, those misusing alcohol or illegal substances, and join up services for homeless people with multiple and complex needs.  

The HR team is looking for a proactive and customer-focused HR Officer to support service delivery through advice, guidance and support to managers, employees and stakeholders on a variety of matters, including employee relations and contractual issues. Successfully delivery of this role supports the business needs and charitable objectives of the organisation.

The successful applicant will hold a case load, support change management, be involved in training, recruitment and policy work. This is a fast-paced role with a range of responsibilities that support Framework’s values of Respect, Respond and Empower.

Applicants should have significant experience of working in a HR team providing HR advice and support to line managers and ideally be CIPD level 3 qualified. Applicants must be able to work under pressure, prioritising a varying workload obtained from a number of different sources along with multi-tasking a number of projects/pieces of work to meet deadlines and to completion.

This is a new position that will be key to maintaining the excellent HR offer to services in the future.
