NIGHT SUPPORT WORKER X2, THE CRESCENT RECOVERY SERVICE, NOTTINGHAM, PERMANENT, 30 HPW, FRWK03 £16,915 - £18,430 FTE (PRO-RATED RATE OF PAY: £13,715 - £14,943) PLUS 7.5% ENHANCEMENT FOR HOURS WORKED BETWEEN 10 PM TO 7AM
The Crescent Recovery Service offers high quality, supported accommodation to homeless and vulnerably housed people with mental health problems in Nottingham City.
We are looking for candidates who can communicate with people in a friendly and welcoming manner. You will need to be reliable and enthusiastic with some experience of dealing with the public in a busy service environment - experience of working in a hostel or similar environment is not necessary. You must be willing and able to work nights, on a flexible, shift rota basis.
The main functions of this role will be:
To ensure that clients and the building is safe and secure
To build the skills and confidence of service users to empower them in maximising their independence
To contribute to the achievement of contractual service obligations
To work in partnership with other agencies to maximise service delivery
