PART TIME SUPPORT WORKER ROLE (26 HRS P/W) AVAILABLE IN SUPPORTED HOUSING PROJECT FOR HOMELESS YOUNG PEOPLE IN SWADLINCOTE, DERBYSHIRE. £16,915 - £18,430 PER ANNUM, PRO ROTA (actual salary £11,886.22 - £12,950.80) FRWK03.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate support worker who would thrive in our accommodation service, working with young people and adults aged 16-25, including children in care and care leavers, where no two days are ever the same. You would contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive support package enabling young people to develop the skills to empower them to move on to build sustainable independent futures.

Experience of working with people is desirable however it is more important that you have the right kind of personal qualities we are looking for. We provide a comprehensive training package during your probationary period and throughout your employment.

The appointment of successful candidates will be subject to the return of a satisfactory DBS and reference documentation.
