An exciting opportunity has arisen to work at Framework on the Building Better Opportunities Programme, Opportunity and Change project. We are seeking an individual, with extensive experience to manage performance and support the 11 delivery partners spread across the D2N2 area (Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire) against Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
The post holder will be responsible for helping delivery partners understand how they are performing against contractual requirements using a range of tools. It is essential you are able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with stake holders, commissioners, local authorities, employment and skills services, training providers and any other local services.
You will need to demonstrate experience of monitoring and evidencing performance which will help identify areas of development in order to improve performance ideally gained by managing European Social funded projects.
Main duties will include:
·Key contact for the programme in relation to ‘performance’ standards, processes, criteria and compliance
·Engage with and support partners and delivery staff on a one to one basis in order to forecast and manage performance
Ensure that partners adhere to all delivery guidance in relation to outputs, results and outcomes
Identify areas of development within individual partner organisations and across the whole partnership in order to improve performance
Maintain and build relationships across the delivery network, key organisations and the community
Meet all internal and external reporting requirements in regards to performance
You will have:
Experience of managing multiple partners
Experience of managing projects funded by the European Social Fund (ESF)
Ability to identify and challenge stigma
Hold a full driving licence and have a vehicle in order to cover a wide geographical area
