Job description

Receptionist, Nottingham Wellbeing Hub, Permanent, FRWK02 £16,778 - £17,745 FTE (pro-rata rate of pay: £6,802 - £7,194), 15hpw Thursdays and Fridays with flexible working to meet the needs of the service

Framework is looking for a receptionist for the Nottingham Wellbeing Hub, you will work as part of a team providing first-line contact for everyone visiting the Hub. If you have good administrative skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure, then we would like to hear from you.

The main functions of this role will be;

  • To greet all visitors to the Wellbeing Hub and deal with enquiries quickly and efficiently

  • To comply with GDPR, confidentiality and Information Security Management (ISO 27001) requirements at all times

  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail and stationery orders for all departments

  • Undertaking administrative work as required

  • Assisting in the monitoring of staff and visitors in the building

  • Opening and closing public access to the building in accordance with procedures and management instructions
