What will you be doing?
This role will be responsible for creating recruitment strategies for our different services across the East Midlands, working closely with our Service Managers to bring in candidates that share our ethos. You will provide an efficient and effective recruitment service ensuring compliance with department procedures and safe recruitment processes.
We are seeking an effective communicator who should have the ability to deal with contacts at all levels of the organisation including other departments, Managers, Senior Management, internal and external customers. You will cope well under pressure and work accurately to tight deadlines. Experience of recruitment is essential.
