Job description


This role will be based within the Nottingham City Street Outreach Service. 

The role will be to offer time limited tenancy support for rough sleepers moving into Private 
rented properties. This will be working closely with the Street Outreach team, for up to 6 
weeks depending on the needs of the individuals. 

A large part of the role will be working directly with 8 rough sleepers at the London Road 
and 10 rough sleepers at Sneinton Hermitage hostels to find more stable accommodation 
either in supported housing, Local authority housing and the private rented sector.

We are looking for candidates who can communicate with people in a friendly and 
welcoming manner. The successful candidate will be resilient, reliable, self-motivated and 
can work flexibility and who can demonstrate an understanding of the issues facing those 
affected by homelessness.
An awareness of the support needs of our client group is desirable
