Job Description

Framework's Street Outreach Teams  in Nottingham City, Nottinghamshire and Sheffield serve two primary purposes: to engage and help those rough sleeping move away from a street-based existence, and to quantify and understand the extent of street homelessness to assist in the development of responses to end it.

Rough sleeping has risen sharply over the past few years in the UK, and those experiencing street homelessness often present with a range of complex and multiple needs. Our teams advise, support and advocate for those at the sharp end of homelessness.

What will your role be?

You will be responsible for Framework’s Street Outreach Services in Nottingham City, Nottinghamshire and Sheffield. Your teams work in the early hours of the morning and throughout the day 365 days a year.

You will be developing and maintaining positive and productive partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders, including representatives from the MHCLG, local authorities, the police, the media, public health and community safety.

You will have strong leadership qualities and an ability to balance competing demands on your time.

You will be proficient in assembling and analysing raw data and producing monitoring reports for a range of stakeholders.

You will offer support to your Team Leaders with the day-to-day coordination of cutting edge street outreach teams.

You will be committed to the continuous improvement of the services we offer, particularly in regard to psychologically informed ways of working and trauma informed care.

You should expect a fast-paced, busy service where you are required to problem-solve and adapt regularly and routinely.

We offer: Life Assurance, Pension (up to 4% matched by FHA), Enhanced Maternity, Paternity and Adoption Benefits, Additional Annual Leave Purchase Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Learning programmes tailored to suit different roles and services, Health Cash Plan
