Elizabeth House provides accommodation and support for homeless people from Broxtowe, Gedling and Rushcliffe.
We are looking for reliable and self-motivated candidates who can demonstrate an understanding of the issues facing those affected by homelessness.
To assess, co-ordinate and review the planning and delivery of support to service users
To assess individual service user’s skills and needs and to work positively with risk
To support service users to engage with the move on process
To ensure that clients and the building are safe and secure
To build the skills and confidence of service users to empower them in maximising their independence
To contribute to the achievement of contractual service obligations
To work in partnership with other agencies to maximise service delivery
