Job description


Housing First is an approach to housing clients with particularly challenging/complex Housing needs with a history of homelessness and rough sleeping, Framework will provide good quality housing to those who have been recurrently homeless and may have been unsuccessful in supported accommodation. 
Your job role will include directly supporting Tenants in their homes on a regular basis as well as the assessment of new tenants in order to construct Support plans.
The service operates an outreach model, so a large amount of working takes place either in the community or in the homes of service users. The Housing First Support Planner will adhere to all organisational and service lone working procedures.
Support planners will also assist service users with property viewings, tenancy sign up and housing benefit claims as well as ensuring that new Tenants understand their rights and responsibilities as a tenant.
This role will suit those who perform well in a challenging environment and are able to adapt to different situations well in order to promote positive and continued engagement.
