SUPPORT WORKER, STEP UP, LONG EATON, PERMANENT, 33 HPW, FRWK03 £17,189 - £18,661 FTE (PRO-RATA: £15,330 - £16,643)

We are looking for a Support Worker who would thrive in a young person’s accommodation service, where no two days are ever the same.

You could be part of a team supporting young people to develop their independence, social skills and help raise their aspirations.

You will support young people aged 16-21 to complete daily tasks and learn new life- skills during their transition to independence and into our move-on properties.

You will:
• work in partnership with various agencies and closely with social care
• have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with young people
• be dynamic and enthusiastic
• promote equality and diversity within the service
• provide a safe and secure environment for young people
• contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive support package
