We are a small busy team so the ability to be a team player with excellent time management skills is essential.
Targeted Support aim is to provide support to Framework tenants across 97 units of accommodation so therefore caseload changes occur as Tenants move out and new tenants move in the units. We complete all assessments based on this movement and do not take any outside referrals.
