Contract: Permanent, Part Time
Location: Glasgow
Hours: (Monday to Thursday – core hours of work 9.00am – 6.00pm)
Post A - 20 hours per week
Post B - 18 hours per week
Salary: £23,035 - £26,721 pro rata per annum. Please note that the starting salary is £23,035 pro rata per annum, (actual gross salary per annum Post A £13,163, Post B £11,847) with an opportunity to progress up the scale over time.

We have an exciting opportunity for two Clinical Administrators to join our multi-disciplinary team in Glasgow. This is a key role where you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating all administrative duties connected to the clinical and medico legal reports service. To be successful in this role you must have a welcoming disposition and the experience to assess the risks associated with working with our vulnerable high risk client group, who have survived torture and mental trauma. You must be able to show demonstrable experience of high resilience and the ability to maintain effective administrative systems efficiently. Your role will involve liaising with internal staff and external stakeholders.

You will have a good understanding of health and safety and data protection legislation, and have experience of working within a confidential environment, with knowledge of reception systems within a welfare or clinical setting. Having a high level of written and verbal communication skills are key to this role, in addition to the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
