Freewheelers Theatre and Media is an inclusive theatre company that brings disabled and non-disabled performers, tutors and technical staff together with support from the local community.  We aim to change perceptions of disability, break down barriers and change lives, through high-quality, hi-tech, innovative theatre, dance, music, film and visual arts.

The charity are seeking a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to follow in the footsteps of our founder, Viv Colvill. The new CEO will provide progressive, dynamic and forward-thinking leadership to create future financial sustainability supporting the charity to continue to achieve relevant growth. 

The CEO will work with our Board of Trustees and staff to ensure the charity fulfils its aims and strategic objectives to ensure the future success of Freewheelers Theatre & Media as outlined in the Company Plan, whilst working to continually adapt and improve our business model and operations to meet the challenges of a complex and changing environment.

Empathy and flexibility are essential in this close-knit, person-centred organisation.
