Job description

We are looking for an Individual Giving Innovation manager to join us on a 12mth FTC to cover maternity leave. Joining our Individual Giving Team, you will be responsible for identifying and scoping new income generating products and activities, developing ideas from concept to delivery.

The main focus of this role is the development of an innovation pipeline of cause-cash propositions that compliment Friends of the Earth’s climate campaign. You will be leading on product development from start to finish, delivering audience-led ideas that are commercially sound and have the potential to reach significant scale.

A proven track record of developing and delivering products that attract new audiences and inspire existing supporters is essential. You will also need experience of identifying and drawing insight from target audiences and leading/facilitating ideation sessions.
