An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Officer and Team Administrator to join our People Team and help improve the effectiveness, impact and diversity of our people. We are looking for candidates across England, Wales and Northern Ireland and this role will be based in our offices or at home, visiting London a few times a year if not based in the London office.
This is a key front-line role within the team which will work in partnership with key stakeholders, including taking the lead on all recruitment related activities on a day-to-day basis from post and advert approval through selection to offer stage and undertaking all relevant pre-employment checks for appointed candidates.
The post holder will additionally contribute to providing administrative support to the wider HR and Learning and Development team.
This is a very busy role, so excellent planning, multi-tasking, time management, administrative skills and PC skills are key.
