The role
This is a new role, where you will work as part of the learning and development team to support our staff in the Malverns, Bedfordshire and Essex, by providing high quality, engaging and effective training to enable people to do their jobs in line with CQC and other regulatory frameworks, as well as having an important role to play as part of the dementia education programme. Your training will help to ensure that our staff have the knowledge and skills to deliver outstanding care to all our service users.

You will support the Learning and Development Manager to deliver the appropriate compliance and behavioural training across multiple locations mostly focusing on the Malvern, Essex and Bedfordshire though there will be occasions when you are required to deliver training to our staff based in all of our other services.
