The Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Advisor is responsible for working closely with participants of the Frontline programme to identify any support they may need in response to their particular learning needs.
As the EDI Advisor you will explore what reasonable adjustments are needed (such as bespoke software, additional accessibility measures or targeted training) and then work proactively alongside our university/local authority partners and our training team, to make sure any changes are implemented quickly and with minimal disruption.

The EDI Advisor will either join our Suitability team who work within our Programme Management team - the engine room of the Frontline programme delivery or our People team.
