The location of the role is flexible (must be based near one of our offices in either central London, Birmingham, Newcastle, Bristol or Manchester).
Anyone who completes one of our programmes joins the Frontline Fellowship. A growing community of over 1,500, the Fellowship is a space for social workers from across the country to connect, collaborate and innovate. The Innovation Lab is an exciting new area created at Frontline to increase the number of opportunities for fellows to have a lasting impact on children and families without a safe or stable home.
The manager will lead the Innovation Lab, and its annual 16-week innovation programme and by doing so deliver the Frontline goal to have more than five sustainable fellow-led ventures operating by 2025. To do this the Innovation Lab manager must ensure a minimum annual pipeline of more than 25 diverse fellow-led innovative ideas to develop via the innovation programme. This will be achieved by championing the Innovation Lab across local authority partners, Frontline’s Fellowship network and internally within the organisation.
