The Programmes Director will lead the teams responsible for the effective design and delivery of all the charity’s programmes. Their primary responsibility is ensuring Frontline’s programmes are of excellent quality whilst being delivered in the most joined up and efficient way possible.
We need an ambitious and experienced leader to plan and oversee the delivery our programmes to ensure they have maximum, measurable impact. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and Chief Social Worker to manage programmes teams and ensure robust systems are in place which drive and support teams to work in a cohesive way. We need an influential leader, who brings their experience of successful planning and workflow design to our programmes and the wider charity, as a member of the senior leadership team.
