You will be a member of the organisation’s senior team with responsibility for attracting and selecting the best candidates to join the Frontline programme. We have a well-established brand and selection system but we need a candidate excited by the responsibility of leading and developing this excellent team to achieve further success. The role needs an individual comfortable with marketing, recruitment processes, systems design and analysing data. The successful candidate will need to be an effective communicator given the need to make presentations to the charity’s board, external stakeholders and to large recruitment events. You will lead the 20-person Recruitment Team made up of undergraduate attraction, graduate attraction, selection and admissions teams.
The role comes at a time of innovation and change as we start to set in place strategic plans to achieve our 2020-2025 strategy – you’ll be responsible for exploring and delivering some of the early phases of those plans and contributing to the longer-term direction of the team.
