The Recruitment team is an award-winning team responsible for sourcing, selecting and hiring people who have the potential to be excellent child protection social workers, and reach ambitious targets (452 quality hires in regions across England). You will also be responsible for the strategic oversight and delivery of the sourcing strategy for your team and work closely with the Recruitment Manager – Undergraduates (the team responsible for the university recruitment strategy and campaigns) to meet collective targets, share best practice and ensure that our marketing and advertising is in place for a small recruitment window in the Spring and in preparation for the recruitment of the next cohort, starting August 2020. The role comes at a time of innovation and change as we start to set in place strategic plans to achieve our 2020-2025 strategy – you’ll be responsible for exploring and delivering some of the early phases of those plans and contributing to the longer-term direction of the team.
