The Selection Officer will be responsible for selecting applicants who have the potential to make outstanding child protection social workers. You will be designing and delivering best practice selection models and processes for the Frontline Leadership Development Programme. You will be involved in screening applications, assessing at our assessment centres, overseeing elements of the selection process, supervising assessment centres and contributing to the design and development of selection materials and the monitoring and evaluation of the selection activities.

This role involves some longer days from September-February when attending assessment centres (8.30am-6.30pm), and occasional weekend work in support of recruitment events.
