The Programme Management team, of which the Suitability Team is a branch, works to ensure a first class participant experience of, and interaction with, the administrative elements of the Frontline programme. The focus of the Suitability Team is to ensure that all prospective participants complete Frontline’s suitability processes (i.e. assessing applicants’ health to conduct), along with working closely with a range of teams across the organisation to champion and provide support to participants’ learning experience.
The Suitability Coordinator will manage a variety of keys projects for the Frontline programme. Projects will include: the delivery of our suitability checks, the processing of DBS and Overseas Police Checks, organising and facilitating suitability panels, and managing ongoing communications with participants and our university partner’s Student Wellbeing Service and Disability Advisor. The successful candidate will be someone with experience of managing complex projects, who enjoys managing relationships, developing processes, multi-tasking, problem solving and event management. This role is fantastic opportunity for someone looking to use and develop their skills in project delivery to transform the lives of vulnerable children.
Please note travel and overnight stays will be required from time to time, especially during the Summer Institute.
