Fuel is looking for an energetic Finance & Operations Coordinator to join the team. This position is responsible for supporting the Fuel team in an administrative capacity, with a focus on supporting the Executive Director with organisational finance, working with our part-time Head of Finance, and implementing the company’s day-to-day administrative systems and operations.
Main responsibilities include maintaining Fuel’s financial records for all transactions, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and processing reimbursements, working within Fuel’s core values of curiosity, trust, collaboration, learning, representation, and creativity. If you have a background in Finance and knowledge of bookkeeping, we’d like to meet you.
