About the role:
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the OD in performing his/her role, acting as a point of contact both internally and externally in the OD’s absence.
- Key point of contact both over the telephone and in written communication for the Regional office.
- Establish and maintain appropriate administrative systems, records and filing systems on behalf of the Region, arrange and minute meetings, producing letters, reports and other documents as required.
- Ensure the provision of all supplies including adequate stationery, furniture and office equipment, reporting any defects.
- Supervise the office I.T. system including the storage of documents, setting up directories, regular backups, reporting any faults, following the Dimensions' procedures.
- Support the Regional Management team in recruitment activity as required, liaising with the Resourcing team to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes are achieved.

Job Purpose
Sitting within BSR’s exciting External Affairs & Audit team the Clinical Audit Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the on-going work of the National Early Inflammatory Arthritis Audit (NEIAA) to gather evidence and drive up the quality of care for patients living with inflammatory arthritis. With touch points across the Rheumatology community, the NHS and health regulators, the NEIAA project is an essential tool in achieving this part of our five-year strategy. At a busy and important time for the NEIAA project this is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to develop their organisational, project management and stakeholder relation skills as we work towards producing our 6th ‘State of the Nation’ report and securing an extension of the Audit contract.
Main responsibilities
- To provide administrative support to the NEIAA project manager such as setting up business processes, engaging with stakeholders and managing the audit mailbox as the first point of contact.
- Liaise with the governance groups for the audit project and assist with the coordination of NEIAA meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and undertaking follow-up actions.
- To assist in the development of communications around the NEIAA project including with the Annual Report.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to encourage participation with the audit from Trusts and Health Boards.
- To support the project manager in the planning and smooth running of the NEIAA project plan.
- To maintain high standards of confidentiality and information governance across all aspects of data collection and storage.

Colostomy UK is a national charity that offers support and advice to people who have had stoma surgery (ostomates) and to their friends, families and carers. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

Supporting Victims of Sexual Violence has been supporting victims and survivors of sexual abuse since 1994, and today provides a range of services to anyone in Derbyshire and Derby City who has experienced sexual abuse, assault or violence, including their friends and family members. We support people irrespective of age, gender or when the abuse occurred.
We're looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Administrator to join our friendly, professional and passionate team to provide high quality administrative duties to the SV2 team, across all services and ensure the proper flow of office procedures.
The successful candidate will maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, clients, and stakeholders in person, online, and via telephone. You will be responsible for answering the phoneline, taking referrals and signposting, ensuring appropriate notes are made on the Organisation’s secure database.
You could be the right person for the role if you have
- A minimum of two years’ experience of undertaking administrative duties
- Experience in delivering services in a confidential environment
- Responding to queries and problem solving
- Able to communicate in a concise and professional manner with a range of staff at various levels, both internal and external to the organisation
- Ability to demonstrate a methodical, organised and flexible approach to work
- Competent multi-tasking skills
- Full driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle with business insurance

Responsible for corporate hospitality, the Administrator will provide excellent in-person customer care for visitors to the organisation’s central London Hub and act a first point of contact via the organisation’s in-bound telephone hunt groups.
Working in support of the Office & Facilities Manager, you will ensure the implementation of the organisation’s health and safety procedures on daily basis and contribute more generally to the management and maintenance tasks of the Hub and the broader Crane Grove estate.

The team administrator will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Research and Publications (R&P) team, aiding in their operational efficiency, research, and development activities. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the research and publications databases, as well as updating and managing the R&P webpages. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing the team inbox, handling inquiries, and assisting in the management of the team budget. Additionally, you will provide support to team members with their travel arrangements and serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders as needed.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in an administrative role with experience of preparing and drafting meeting papers, taking minutes, and coordinating meetings.
