About the role: 

Following Amref’s continued growth, they require a Fundraising Assistant to join the Fundraising team. This post is designed to provide support to the fundraising team, particularly in Individual Giving, but also across high-value fundraising streams including trusts and foundations, companies, major donors and events. The role includes both administrative and fundraising duties. The right candidate will be keen to work across and gain experience in all aspects of the fundraising team’s work. 

About you: 

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience of working in a fundraising, marketing or customer service capacity with a strong commitment to excellent supporter care, and a personal, creative approach to relationship management. 

You will have strong written and numerical skills, with excellent communication skills and be organised, have a high attention to detail and time management skills.

You will possess good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office software, experience of using Raisers Edge and CMS would be desirable. The ability to manipulate, interpret and analyse quantitative data is essential to this role. 

You may have experience of the following: Individual Giving Officer, Fundraising Coordinator, Charities, Not for Profit, Fundraiser, Individual Giving, Third Sector, Fundraising Assistant etc.
