The Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager is a pivotal role working with the Head of Corporate Partnerships to grow the corporate partnerships programme across our three hospitals, Guy's & St Thomas', Guy's Cancer and Evelina London Children's Hospital.
Strong emphasis will be on building and cultivating long-term high value strategic partnerships and fostering effective and productive relationships with a range of key stakeholders. You will play an active leadership role within the corporate partnerships team through supporting and coaching the Corporate Managers and Officer to support their new business approaches.
You will bring a proven track record in developing significant (6 and 7 figures) corporate partnerships from scratch within the Charity or Commercial sectors, along with significant experience of developing and delivering exceptional pitches and written proposals to corporate prospects. You will have experience of presenting to and influencing key stakeholders at all levels. Experience of working in the charity sector is desirable.

As Fundraising Manager, you will support the team to develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with supporters, managing a small portfolio of your own donors and leading on the day-to-day contact with corporate partners and event sponsors.
As Fundraising Manager, you will:
- Manage a pool of HNWIs, corporate partners and event sponsors focusing on delivering compelling stewardship plans to deepen relationships with supporters and secure income
- Proactively identify and research major donor and corporate prospects, and develop individual cultivation plans to move along the pipeline
- Create high-quality and innovative pitches and presentations to engage prospective donors/partners
- Manage relationships with event sponsors ensuring key deliverables are met
- Support the delivery of Elephant Family’s renowned events, primarily focusing on managing the relationships with guests, event partners, and sponsors
- Work with the Programmes team to identify funding opportunities aligned to donors’ interests and current funding needs
- Take ownership of the database (Salesforce) ensuring donor records are up-to-date to allow for effective supporter communications and engagement
Ideal skills and experience:
- Demonstrable experience of managing relationships with HNWIs and corporate partners at the 5-figure+ level
- Proven experience of soliciting and securing support from prospects
- Strong writing skills with ability to create engaging content, proposals, pitches, presentations, reports and other donor communications

City Harvest – Corporate Partnerships Manager

City Harvest, the charity rescuing food to feed people and protect the planet, is seeking a corporate fundraising manager with excellent relationship-building skills to be responsible for the management and maximisation of corporate partnerships at the charity.
Since 2014, City Harvest has been working to solve food poverty and food waste across London. Every week, the charity rescues over 100 tonnes of surplus food from the food industry. Staff and volunteers sort and package this food, and our vans deliver it, free of charge, six days per week to over 375 community partners across 30 London boroughs. The organisation provides over 1.1 million meals monthly, with 43% of their deliveries made up of fresh fruit and vegetables.
Reporting to the Senior Corporate Development Manager, this role will lead and manage a portfolio of charity partnerships to an excellent standard. As well as managing and supporting the development of strategic partnerships, the post-holder will build relationships with multiple stakeholders at corporate partners to develop engagement and long-term commitment. This will include partnerships such as charity of the year, London chosen charity, commercial, cause-related marketing and affinity partnerships between £5-£100k. The post-holder will also develop high-quality materials for current and future partners and lead partner visits to City Harvest sites.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in corporate fundraising in the charity sector or within a CSR team. You will be experienced in managing corporate partnerships and in building relationships with donors and senior stakeholders. Excellent writing and presentation skills will be combined with good time management abilities. You will also be highly organised and will have experience of using a CRM system for fundraising.

The Prince of Wales Hospice is passionate about providing specialist care for adults with a terminal diagnosis, and also those around them. The hospice offers a 13-bedroom ward for patients who need round the clock care as well as a Wellbeing and Outreach service – in total the Prince of Wales Hospice cares for over 300 people a year! Despite costing £11,000 a day to run the hospice and £4m a year, all of the services are entirely free of charge to patients and their families so the hospice is largely dependent on fundraised income.

We are looking for a Community and Partnerships Fundraiser to join the ambitious and dedicated Fundraising Team at the hospice.
The Role
As a Community and Partnerships Fundraiser you will be responsible for developing community and corporate fundraising activity in aid of the Hospice by proactively engaging community groups. Duties will also include:
- Analysing Partnerships fundraising income streams and developing a work programme for growth
- Designing and delivering fundraising campaigns for community groups, schools, individuals and companies
- Identifying and researching contacts from priority organisations, planning approaches and developing relationships
- Representing the Hospice at community and corporate fundraising events, assisting in the smooth running of events where required
- Working with the Supporter Care Team to maximise the use of the fundraising database.
The Person
We are looking for a dynamic, personable and passionate person who is excited by the prospect of building relationships and working towards stretching targets! You should be able to communicate confidently and professionally with individuals of varying levels of seniority and have gained this experience either within fundraising, or in a sales and customer service environment.
A creative and flexible individual with a collaborative approach to working, you will enjoy making personal relationships and be out and about a lot of the time meeting supporters and supporting their activities.

As the Corporate Partnerships Manager you’ll be working in a small but ambitious team of fundraising professionals, with lots of potential for future growth and development. Your focus will be developing a robust pipeline of corporate prospects, securing and managing existing mid to high level partnerships, and maximising the potential of our links to the corporate world.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Corporate Partnerships and Corporate Partnerships Officer to develop new business, secure impactful multifaceted relationships, and work collaboratively across the organisation to bring mutual benefit to corporate partners and the Sutton Trust.
To be successful as the Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will have proven experience of corporate partnerships fundraising and be able to evidence securing and managing high value partnerships of five to seven figures. Our ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, be able to work collaboratively and under their own initiative, and have high-quality communication skills that can adapt to a variety of audiences. They will also need to have excellent presentation skills and ideally knowledge of the education sector and corporate world.
This role is a permanent position that will have hybrid working in the London offices and out visiting partners and prospects two days per week. The salary range for this role is £39,000-£45,000.
