 Established in 2019, Podium Analytics is a charity that is creating a world with more sport, less injury.

Ronald McDonald House UK is seeking a proactive and creative Mass Participation Events Manager to lead the delivery and growth of our mass participation portfolio. The role will lead on the strategy, performance and delivery of our challenge events programme, ensuring events achieve agreed income and participation targets and work closely with the Head of Mass Engagement to shape and test future Ronald McDonald House UK owned mass participation events, supporting sustainable, diversified income growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Event strategy and planning

• Develop and deliver a clear strategy for challenge and mass participation events, aligned to fundraising targets and audience engagement objectives

FORCE Cancer Charity is seeking a Community Fundraiser to join our Income Generation team. This is a rewarding role,  focused on building relationships with supporters, growing fundraising income and raising awareness of FORCE and our work across Exeter and the wider Devon community.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and strengthening relationships with new and existing supporters, ensuring individuals, community groups, schools and local businesses receive an exceptional level of support and engagement. The role will focus on identifying and securing new community fundraising opportunities, supporting existing fundraising activity, and helping to deliver ambitious income growth targets.

A central part of the role will involve engaging with local schools, clubs, associations, volunteers and community groups to inspire support for FORCE’s work supporting people affected by cancer. Working closely with the wider Income Generation team, you will also contribute to fundraising campaigns, supporter stewardship, volunteer engagement and awareness-raising activity. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, organised and personable individual with strong relationship-building and communication skills. Essential Experience & Track Record

• A demonstrable track record of generating income and/or building sustainable revenue streams, across more than one income source.
• Evidence of developing and delivering an income or growth strategy, particularly in contexts requiring diversification or change.
• Experience of driving new opportunities — such as partnerships, products, services or supporter propositions — rather than only maintaining existing income.
• Proven success in building and stewarding senior relationships, including corporates, funders, donors, commissioners or strategic partners.
• Experience working at a senior level within an organisation, with exposure to executive decision‑making and governance (e.g. Board or Trustee engagement).

Desirable Skills

· Understanding of and commitment to adhering to fundraising policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g. Fundraising Regulator Code of Practice, GDPR).

· Experience in minor/major donor fundraising and/or corporate partnerships.

· Familiarity with the autism or disability sector.

In this proactive, people-focused role, you’ll work closely with established community businesses to strengthen their operations, improve sustainability, and maximise social impact. THE ROLE:

Key priorities include developing and nurturing a pipeline of new and existing Trusts and Foundations, writing compelling applications to grow grant income, and managing relationships with funders to strengthen their engagement with the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust. You will also implement an effective stewardship and communication process to encourage long term support. Working alongside another fundraiser, together you will share responsibility for securing grants.

As a part of a small fundraising team, where necessary you will also have the chance, and be expected, to play a proactive part in our wider fundraising activities, to help grow income to transform the lives of more young people living through and beyond cancer.
