Battersea’s Income Generation department raises around 60% of the Charity’s total income. Working with colleagues across the organisation, we provide members of the public and organisations with opportunities to engage with Battersea and to support our work to make sure Battersea can be here for every cat and dog now and in the future. Our supporters are at the very heart of our fundraising, and this team manages our data, supporter care and compliance enable our teams to fundraise effectively.

We are looking for someone to join our Data Services Team to maintain and develop the quality of data held on our fundraising database. You will play an active role in data reconciliation, data imports, agency liaison, user training and simple data selections, ensuring that we make the best use of our data.

Hybrid working policy:

We operate a hybrid working model, with our office-based staff splitting their time between site based and home working. We believe this enables our office-based staff to maintain the benefits of home working, while allowing for collaboration and interaction with our animal-facing staff and maintaining a connection to our cause. As such, you’ll be expected to work in our Battersea office for at least 50% of your working week.
