Working in areas of high deprivation, we support and train schools and their kitchen teams to serve the best, freshest and tastiest food possible, alongside meaningful food education. About you and the role
The purpose of this role is to head up development of key partnerships and income streams that will ensure the charity remains financially sustainable and able to deliver our impact at scale. You will be responsible for the assessment of, and managing relationships with, all major new partners. You will be accountable for delivering on an ambitious income generation strategy, and for monitoring and effectively reporting our impact. You will ensure that our impact and the importance of our work is effectively communicated to potential new partners, working closely with the Head of Communications and supported by the Marketing Manager. You will work alongside the Chief Executive and the Head of Finance to develop annual plans and budgets and work closely with the Director of Transformation and School Engagement Manager to ensure projects are secured, fully funded and financially sustainable.
We’re looking for an experienced senior leader, with excellent communication skills, who has been involved in high-value fundraising. We’re looking for someone with genuine passion for our mission, who has the confidence to hit the ground running and articulate why what we’re doing is so important. You need to enjoy working collaboratively, we’re a team that works closely together and the success of this role will come from working very closely with your fellow Directors and the wider team.

Key responsibilities:
● Developing a comprehensive income generation and marketing strategy that supports the delivery of the charity’s objectives and activities
● Manage and maintain existing significant partnerships with key funders (trusts, corporates and major donors), identifying new opportunities to deepen and extend relationships where desirable
● Manage, support and mentor the Development team, leading on strategy and planning for the department to ensure that income generation targets for fundraising are achieved

Skills & experience:

● Significant experience in a senior fundraising role (Head of / Director) with a strong track record of achievement
● Demonstrable ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
● Understanding of effective impact measurement and communication
● Experience writing reports / presentations / successful grant proposals

● Understanding of charity finance and ability to develop project budgets for funders

About the role
Crisis is opening a new location right in the heart of Walthamstow. This is an opportunity to be part of opening and establishing a brand-new shop in one of London’s most vibrant communities. As a Shop Supervisor, you will support the Shop Manager and Assistant Shop Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will play a key role in delivering customer service and supporting volunteers, as well maintaining the look and feel of the shop and processing stock. This is a unique retail opportunity where you will also be involved in delivering on the job training for Crisis members, supporting them to gain the skills and confidence needed in the workplace. Our award winning fundraising division is currently looking for an Engagement and Stewardship Executive to join our Partnership and Philanthropy team in this newly created role for the charity.
With ambitious plans to grow our fundraising income above £60m in the next 5 years we are expanding our fundraising team. Regular Giving is the backbone of our fundraising income, it currently generates £37million each year across our three existing products – Sponsor a Dog, Companion Club (a subscription product) and general Direct Debits. We are now looking for a Regular Giving Product Manager to help us deliver our Regular Giving strategy to increase retention rates and build lifetime value.
About this Job:
As a Regular Giving Product Manager, you will:
- Take a supporter-led approach to the development of campaign activity, understanding the key motivations and demographic of our regular givers and to deliver outstanding supporter experiences.
- Develop inspirational written and digital communications to our regular givers and produce fundraising materials in line with our brand guidelines.
- Manage relationships with any third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the campaign performance reporting, working alongside the Performance and Innovation Manager and our data agency to optimise our campaigns

Refettorio Felix is an innovative charity providing a restaurant quality 3 course meal freshly made entirely from surplus food in our beautiful space, for free, to vulnerable and economically insecure adults. The role is made up of three major components:

This is a newly created role working within our Fundraising & Communication Dept.
Role summary
Working within our fundraising and communications team, you will support the management of our communications portfolio of work. Maintaining our consistent brand, you will lead on digital and print asset development. You will lead on supporter communications, assisting the rest of the team to raise the profile and bring new supporters into the organisation. 10. Maintain our Salesforce database, keeping detailed records of communications, support and donations from individuals and organisations.
11. Support our advocacy objectives, working with the Advocacy team to produce high quality and consistent messaging for use within the international development sector.

1. At least one years’ experience in a fundraising or communications support role.
