We are delighted to be recruiting an exciting job share opportunity as the Head of Fundraising and Communications at Herts Young Homeless. The charity offers a fantastic and inclusive work environment with the ability to work in a hybrid capacity.
You will lead on income generation to fund the provision of high-quality services that break the cycle of youth homelessness through education, advice and support. As the Head of Fundraising & Communications you will be part of the senior leadership team having joint responsibility for the delivery of the charity’s strategy. Focusing on philanthropy and partnerships you will ideally come with a wealth of knowledge within high value fundraising.
As the Head of Fundraising and Communications you will need:
- Significant experience within income generation, preferable high value and corporate streams
- Experience of identifying and developing new funding streams and building lasting relationships which will deliver long term sustainable income.
- Strong management and development skills with the ability to inspire team members
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum FTE
Contract: Permanent Part-time
Location: Hybrid – Office in Hatfield with option to work from home

Community and Events Fundraiser (Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire)
Salary: £33,000 p.a. depending on experience.
Location: Field based around Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire with visits to the office in Luton when necessary.
Annual Leave: 25 days, plus 8 bank holidays

About the Charity
NOAH Enterprise is a charity which seeks to help the most disadvantaged in the local community, providing a practical, empowering and caring service to people who are homeless particularly those who are temporary or entrenched rough sleepers, and those who are marginalised and socially excluded, or have simply fallen into poverty. The consequences of the cost-of-living crisis and the aftermath of the pandemic mean we expect to see increasing numbers of people homeless and rough sleeping, seeking our help. With your help, they can continue to support people who have nowhere else to turn, across Luton, and central Bedfordshire.
This is a career-defining role where you will be working with the Head of Fundraising and Community Engagement to be an integral part of their Fundraising team, contributing to the growth of voluntary income and playing a key role in expanding our services across the region.
About the role:
As a Community Fundraiser at NOAH, your responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with the local community to generate income and increase NOAH's presence at local events.
You will plan and execute in-house and third-party fundraising events while stewarding participants throughout the process. This will involve cultivating relationships with various individuals, schools, colleges, religious groups, businesses, and social clubs to encourage participation in NOAH initiatives.
You will collaborate with the Head of Fundraising to create a Community Fundraising strategy that aligns with ambitious fundraising targets. As part of this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring budgets to ensure regulatory compliance.
About you:
You will have experience in fundraising from a professional or voluntary capacity and a desire to develop your career in this area.
You will have strong relationship management experience and be motivated to providing excellent customer/supporter experiences leading to long term, mutually beneficial relationships.
You will be a self-starter and be confident engaging with stakeholders, attending networking events and building up a pipeline of contacts.
You will join their dynamic small team, embody their values of Care, Compassion, and Commitment, and help create positive change in the lives of those in need.

The Talent Set are delighted to be working with a leading homelessness charity to recruit a Corporate Partnerships Manager. This role will be on a 3-year FTC to lead on a multi-year strategic partnership worth c.£3M per year, the largest in the Charity’s portfolio.
What’s on offer:
- Salary - £44,500-£47,000 (London) or £40,500-£43,000 (outside London)

- Hybrid working 2 days per week from either London or Manchester.
As the lead on a truly strategic and project-driven partnership, this role will operate at the heart of the charity and its partner organisation and lead on the successful delivery in all aspects of the partnership. Key duties include:
- Lead on the successful delivery of this partnership in line with the agreed objectives by providing first class account management and strategic planning.
- Produce annual plans, budgets and KPIs to effectively manage the partnership, including leading on all reporting and budgeting for the partnership.
- Create and maintain effective communication channels and processes that keep everyone informed, involved and engaged in the partnership both internally and externally;
- Develop effective working relationships with a range of cross functional teams and key internal and external stakeholders.
- Work from the partner office (1 hour by train from London) twice a month.
We’re looking for the following skills and experience for this role:
- Experience managing complex, high-value corporate partnerships, ideally with a marketing or consumer-facing element.
- Experience managing or supporting on £1M+ partnerships is highly beneficial.
- Outstanding project, stakeholder and budget management skills.
- Line management experience is a plus.
