Location: Greater London, though staff are working remotely for the time being
If you like variety, being busy, juggling priorities and doing great work that makes a difference to young people’s lives - look no further: this could be just the job for you!
Future First is looking for a Project Manager to join its fantastic team, and support its work in schools. We are the only UK education charity that works to connect today’s students with past pupils as relatable role models to inspire them. By giving state school pupils access to people like them, in careers they are interested in, we broaden their horizons and give them confidence in a future that can be theirs. We are rapidly growing, including trialling new initiatives to make an even greater difference.
Future First is a dynamic and exciting place to work, with a great team of staff who are welcoming, collaborative and supportive. We are committed to your learning and development, and will support you to grow your ambition and career with us.
You will need excellent organisational skills, project management experience, and great team-working skills. You’ll be networking internally and externally with our partners, supporting them in the delivery of their targets, as well as reporting on performance. A good communicator with great interpersonal skills, you will thrive on the buzz of managing competing demands.
We welcome applications from all candidates, especially those with lived experience of the communities we aim to serve: those who face disadvantage as a result of their start in life. We won’t let this limit their future - or yours. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to supporting a diverse workforce.
We live by our values of social justice, collaboration, innovation and role models. If these values resonate with you, we’d love to hear from you!
