Job description

The role of Programme Officer is critical in delivering our programmes across our partner schools. We are looking for an organiser, leader, and relationship-builder to join our growing team and to contribute to the development of an organisation that is excited about building its impact, scaling across the country, and working with thousands more young people in the years to come. The successful candidate will be energetic, ambitious and resilient, and will aspire to build Future Frontiers into a leading national programme across the UK.

Main responsibilities;

Programme delivery – You will lead on a portfolio of school programmes across the UK (predominantly in London). You will deliver all of the key stages of the programme for young people, including assemblies, coaching sessions hosted by our business partners and pathways seminars to pupils at their school.

Training coaches – you will be trained to deliver quality training sessions for each cohort of volunteer coaches in your portfolio of programmes. You will be supported to develop your skills in group training and public speaking.

Managing school and business relationships – You will build and maintain long standing relationships with the designated lead at our school and business partners. You will work with them at the planning, delivery and feedback stages of each programme.

Programme Monitoring – You will take responsibility for collecting feedback, monitoring and impact data at each of your designated schools. This involves reaching out to pupils, coaches, teachers and business partner employees to gather valuable data. You will identify trends in programmatic success and develop interventions that continually improve each programme on an ongoing basis.

Career Networking Event delivery – As we seek to provide pupils with even more inspiring and meaningful interactions with professionals, you will help support the planning and delivery of this central networking event, held at the end of each term.

General support to the programmes team – you will be a key member of the programmes department, supporting on key projects and developmental work throughout the academic year.
