Future Youth Zone is a purpose-built state of the art youth facility. We will offer a safe, exciting and stimulating environment to all young people aged between the ages of 8 to 19-year olds and up to 25-year olds with disabilities. With a minimum of 20 activities every night we offer a huge range of fun, constructive and developmental activities and opportunities which inspire and empower all young people.
For all these activities to happen when the Youth Zone opens in May this year, we need amazing volunteers to help us out. This is where you come in.
As a Creative Arts Volunteer your responsibilities will include:
The role will be based in Future Youth zone when it opens which is based in Parsloes Park Dagenham, a 5min walk from Becontree Station. All we ask is a minimum of 3 hours per week for a minimum duration of 3 months.
All volunteers will need to have a DBS check and references check which the costs will be covered by us. Before you start as a volunteer, a full day of training will be provided with topics including safeguarding, health & safety, what is volunteering and other core topics.
You don’t need any previous experience as we provide you with training, but what we do ask is that
