Job Title: Children and Families Bereavement Therapist x 4
Responsible to: Chief Executive
Accountable to: Assistant Head of Operations
Reporting to: Therapy Services Coordinator
Salary: £21,589 (pro rata)
Location: Based at Gaddum’s Salford Hub (King’s Court) with travel
across Salford
Hours: 17.5 hours per week

Job Summary:
To work as a member of Gaddum's Therapeutic Services which includes counsellors and play therapists. You will manage your own caseload and will need to travel throughout Greater Manchester as required.

Job Purpose:
To provide therapeutic support to children and young people who have become stuck in their grieving process following the bereavement of a significant other. This will include one to one and group work which will usually take place at Gaddum House, the child's school or home. Effective working relationships with parents, carers and other professionals is a crucial element of the role.

Qualifications and Experience
Therapists must possess as psychotherapeutic qualification and have experience of working with children and families in a therapeutic setting.
