We are seeking an experienced Volunteer Coordinator to join us and play a vital role in one of the regions foremost sight loss charities.
We are looking for someone confident and friendly to manage all aspects of recruitment, retention, development and coordination of volunteer services across the organisation. You will be someone that has strong communication skills, ability to effectively plan and organise own work load and coordinate resources to meet deadlines. Excellent team working skills with an enthusiastic and positive approach to overcoming challenges and getting others involved in the volunteer programme. The successful candidate will also form and develop relationships with other organisations, community groups and businesses to promote volunteering.
