As the Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our digital platforms, working to continuously improve our current digital offer to our audiences on platforms including Girlguiding website, web shop, activity centre website and work closely with our IT team to further improve our member portal. You will work in an Agile way to improve existing features and develop new functionality in line with our Digital Strategy and strategic plan whilst developing product roadmaps and overseeing of each product back-log so we constantly iterate and improve our digital products.
This role will be the intermediary between internal teams and our external digital agencies, all in very close collaboration with our IT team and will also manage the Digital Support Officer. You will be required to gather requirements and translate them into clear briefs for our external developing agencies.
We are looking for collaborative spirit and somebody who is pro-active in resolving challenges. It will be important to connect and align with digital colleagues across the organisation where digital product development, content and marketing disciplines meet and so excellent communications and stakeholder management skills are essential.
The successful applicant will have excellent knowledge of user experience, information architecture, usability, accessibility and design as well as proven experience as a project manager and in managing an e-commerce platform.
