The Growth and Insight team is looking for a great individual to oversee, implement and manage our externally funded development and outreach projects. The department has projects already underway and others in the pipeline for 2020, and we need an experienced manager to manage a team of three project delivery managers and their remote staff.
You will be someone who is able to build rapport with staff, partners and funders really quickly and manage complex relationships. You will be experienced and confident in overseeing large budgets and supporting the preparation of future funding bids for strategic growth projects. And because we have really close working relationships with our volunteer members, you will also be confident working alongside volunteers of all levels and managing sub-grant or service level agreements.
Managed by the Head of Growth and Insight, you will have the opportunity to guide current projects to successful delivery and shape projects from the outset against our new Girlguiding strategy 2020.
