Want to join a professional and collaborative HR team and lead on organisational design initiatives to support our transformation journey? In this generalist HR role, you will lead on projects in our People Strategy including a staff development strategy; and culture change to facilitate one team of volunteers and staff. You are a chartered CIPD member with a degree. You have a track record in providing a strategic generalist HR service and HR business partnering, to include organisational design. With strong interpersonal skills you enjoy influencing and negotiating with a variety of stakeholders, and are competent presenting to boards / directors on complex or controversial business.
