An exciting opportunity has arisen for an integrated communications expert to lead multi-channel marketing initiatives, support campaigns and be the charity's lead for digital marketing, reporting into the Marketing and Campaigns Manager. Digital marketing will include all main social channels, paid advertising, ensuring effective reach and engagement through the delivery of excellent, user-centric marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will develop, evolve and implement Girlguiding's marketing strategy. They will co-ordinate, create and deliver high-quality content and manage audience engagement through data driven insights and best practice, helping to transform our marketing approach to be digital first. They will have excellent interpersonal skills, being able to build strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
