This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Marketing and Audience Engagement department on a contract until mid-2019.

The role is to support the multimedia projects officer and the commissioning manager with the delivery of a digital asset management system (DAMS) that will store photography, video files, brand assets, case studies, consent forms and more.

The role will have a particular focus on photography and will consist of three key stages.

1) Supporting the delivery of the new DAMS, including the development of a project spec, going out to tender, attending pitch meetings and choosing a supplier.

2) Supporting the creation of new assets by organising photoshoots, including sourcing photographers, developing briefs, finding locations and identifying models

3)  Populating the new DAMS with existing and new assets and supporting the roll out of the new software across the organisation.

The post holder will gain experience of working in a busy communications department as part of an in-house studio team. They will have the opportunity to work with senior staff from across the organisation, freelancers and suppliers and Girlguiding members of all ages. They will develop skills in asset management, coordinating photoshoots, managing suppliers and freelancers and project management.
